Raj Kapur is the President of Kapur and an internationally recognized leadership coach, educator, speaker, and consultant. A transformational leader, Raj has strengthened Kapur’s position as a leading authority in leadership development, offering innovative programs and methodologies that translate strategy into execution and ultimately drive value creation.

An entrepreneur, Raj has a passion for launching and scaling creative business ventures. His experience includes founding, managing, and successfully exiting businesses, including a corporate wellness services firm and a media technology hardware and services provider. As a founding partner of Intellos Systems, Inc., he was pivotal in developing a suite of cutting-edge Project Intelligence tools for enterprise software solutions.

Gopal Kapur

Gopal K. Kapur is the Kapur organization’s founder and a renowned project management expert who consults, writes, and educates across both the public and private sectors. Since 1975, he has pioneered innovative management strategies that help organizations of all sizes navigate the complexities of today’s evolving business landscape while ensuring long-term sustainability.

A dynamic speaker, Mr. Kapur has received numerous prestigious awards for his keynote addresses and speeches in the United States and internationally. He has been honored as “Best Speaker” at the Project Management Institute’s international conferences (San Diego, Vancouver, Toronto), the Technology Leadership Conferences, and the 3E Conference at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. His expertise has also led him to lecture at esteemed institutions such as the Commonwealth Club, the National Press Club, the University of California (Berkeley, Riverside, and Davis), and the Brookings Institution.
Mr. Kapur is the acclaimed author of Project Management for Information, Technology, Business, and Certification, published by Prentice Hall. He has also authored two widely respected computer programming textbooks: IBM 360 Assembler Language Programming (John Wiley & Sons) and Programming in Standard COBOL (SRA, Inc.). His insights and research have been featured in leading management and technology publications worldwide, and his white papers have been utilized by top consulting organizations, including Gartner Group, Forrester Group, The Corporate Executive Board, CIO magazine, CIO Insight, and Computerworld.

He earned a diploma in Civil Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, India, graduating summa cum laude. In recognition of his educational contributions, he was honored with the Distinguished Achievement Award by the President of India. Today, Mr. Kapur leads the Kapur Foundation, our non-profit organization committed to the mission of ending local hunger.
